Field Day

According to the forms that were returned, I have Kim Kretz, Rhonda Morrow,
Jennifer Musgrave, and Shea Veazey (if needed) as parent volunteers. I would like for 2 of the parents to be on
the field to help with the events and keep track of the class tally sheet. I will remain in the stands with the majority
of the class to make sure they are behaving appropriately.
Each student is responsible for bringing their own healthy
snack and drink (NO SODA). I will bring
a cooler for the drinks.
The students will eat lunch in the cafeteria when field day
has concluded.
Students will need to wear their class field trip shirt with
athletic shoes and pants, capris, or shorts.
Shorts must not sag and they must be no shorter that the tip of the
students middle finger.
If your student has an inhaler or an epipen, this must be
taken to field day.
I have collected Shaved Ice money and order forms and will
turn this in at the appropriate time.
Class Party

Location D.A.C. outdoor pool
If your student comes
to school before the party, they will need transportation to the D.A.C. If your student does not come to school
before the party, we will see you at the D.A.C. I will have a sign-out sheet available if you
plan on taking your student home following the party. If your student will be returning to school, they will need
transportation.
Lunch will be served at the D.A.C. If you signed up to bring an item or give
money towards the pizza, please remember to send it with your student.
